If we’re to engage, inspire and call our community to action, it’s not just about what you say, it’s about leading by example. It’s a very powerful thing to motivate people around a shared dream and a good way of initiating this is by understanding we shouldn’t expect anything from anyone that we are unwilling to first do ourselves.
